Second, it may be due to the hydraulic fluid used in the hydraulic power unit.For example, the cleanliness of hydraulic fluids may not be up to standard, leading to serious internal wear problems, resulting in reduced volumetric efficiency and leakage.The third reason is the temperature anomaly caused by the oil flow pipe being too thin and the oil flow rate being too high.

In the second case, the flow rate of the hydraulic power unit does not meet the standard, resulting in poor operation of the system and affecting the operation effect.These problems are mainly caused by four factors: 1.The cleanliness of the oil filter is insufficient, which affects the oil absorption;2. The installation position of the pump is too high;3. The suction pipe of gear pump is too thin.Influence oil absorption;4. Leakage of oil suction nozzle joint leads to insufficient oil absorption.

It should be noted that the temperature of the hydraulic fluid may increase somewhat during system operation.As the temperature increases, the viscosity may decrease.In order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic pump station, we need to control the oil temperature below 60°C.In addition, in the selection of hydraulic oil, we also need to consider the selection of hydraulic oil products at different temperatures can still maintain stability.

The first condition for the proper operation of the hydraulic system is that the system must be kept clean inside, so the hydraulic system must be cleaned.The hydraulic system will inevitably be contaminated by external contamination before new equipment is run or after major repairs.The installation of hoses, pipes and fittings may introduce contaminants into the hydraulic system.Even new liquids can contain unexpected contaminants. Measures must be taken to filter out contaminants as quickly as possible, or they may fail soon after the equipment is put into operation.

Care should be taken in the flushing process: the hydraulic power unit heating and flow rate is not up to standard problem analysis

(1) the tank should be closed to reduce the chances of particles from the air entering the tank;(2) when flushing oil is added to the phase tank, a fuel cart with filter should be used to filter out the pollutants in the barrel oil;(3) stop flushing the pump when replacing the filter element, and pay attention not to bring in impurities;(4) regular exhaust and drainage should be carried out to ensure that the system is full and timely release of gases and pollutants.

(5) in the early stages of rinsing, evaporation of water in the oil is important.There should be a window for steam escape on the flushing tank.

(6) after flushing, pay attention to protection before pumping out the flushing oil and pipeline to prevent pollutants from entering the hydraulic system.

The power plant optimizes the product performance and establishes the "small but accurate" design concept in the structural design.Under the same performance conditions, minimize the use of products, such as using lightweight materials to remove excess functions and avoid excessive packaging, so as to reduce the weight of products.Focus on the hydraulic system design process of product diversification and serialization;Use reasonable technology to simplify the product processing process, reduce processing steps, simplify the disassembly process, such as easy disassembly connection method, reduce the amount of fastener, minimize the number of fastener in structural design to avoid destructive disassembly method, etc.Simplify product packaging as much as possible to avoid secondary pollution.
