5.When hydraulic pipe butt welding, the weld wall must be 0.3~0.5mm higher than the pipe.Indentation in the inner wall is not allowed.After welding, use a shovel or hand-held grinding wheel to flatten the weld on the inner wall.Remove slag and burr to achieve smooth finish.

6.During the whole welding process, wind, rain and snow should be prevented.After welding the pipe, the welding seam with the wall thickness of 5mm or less should be cooled naturally at room temperature. Strong wind or water should not be used for forced cooling.

Select according to the ambient temperature used.In the machine with high ambient temperature or near heat source, oil or flame retardant oil with high viscosity temperature should be preferred.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of hydraulic system under harsh working conditions, oil with good viscosity and temperature characteristics, thermal stability, lubricity and corrosion resistance must be selected.
